Web3 is technically the Web interacting with a blockchain. However it's more than that. Web3 means decentralization, freedom and control of our data across the Internet.
Web2: is the web where users can be part of the creative process without having the skills to build a web page. Web2 brought a whole new set of economic dynamics and opportunities, but at the same time problems with privacy and security.
